Danaher has closed the acquisition of PaloDEx Group effective November 12, 2009. Instrumentarium Dental continues to serve customers with our existing teams.
PaloDEx continues to operate from Finland and its current subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy, and the USA. We continue to develop and manufacture products in Finland (Tuusula) and serve our Instrumentarium Dental and SOREDEX customers, both dealers and end-users, with the existing teams in Finland and in the subsidiaries.
Instrumentarium Dental and SOREDEX will be a part of Danaher’s Dental Equipment business. Our companies will continue to serve the dental markets with the existing portfolio of products and brands sold through our existing channel partners supported by the existing sales and customer support teams. The business remains headquartered in Finland.
